My service rep was great! However, I am disappointed in the overall service experience. I called weeks in advance to make an appt for state inspection & oil change, while doing that I requested to purchase 4 new tires & an alignment. I dropped my car off at 7:45am and returned to pick it up at 4:15pm. Upon arrival, my paperwork did not reflect the oil change, which was indicated on A13 on my dash. I had to wait approx. 30 mins to receive my oil change. I also was asked at drop off if I would like a complimentary car wash which I politely accepted. That also was not done. While I did get everything I paid for, those two complimentary things failed to be completed but was sure to complete the extra fluid flushed recommended that I paid for. I always choose you all for service and after a long day of having my car, I am just frustrated at the inconvenience.

Was told the van needed to be jumped start because of a dead battery, twice. Battery has had absolutely zero issues since purchase. Has had zero issues since we left the dealership. Pretty ironic we bring it in for a free oil change and all of a sudden my wife is being told to buy a new battery and get it installed for $200. A battery that's has no issues until it showed up at your dealership.
