The car inspection was done efficiently quickly and to my satisfaction however I was handed the paperwork and the key fob and told my car was in the parking lot out front well I went out front I went to the side I circled both parking lot three times I could not find my car so I looked down at the key fob and it wasn’t even my key fob so I walk back to the service department and the first young man who greeted me said “could he help me very nicely and I said yes I’m looking for a car it’s not out front where I was told it was and this is not my key fob he said is this your car over here and pointed to my car it was parked right there in the service area drive-through service area and then he got me my correct key fob he said he was sorry for the for the miss communication but really

I had to wait over an hour for a state inspection when I had an appointment. I hate coming here. I’d rather go somewhere else and pay for it, for them to do it in a timely manner than go to Honda for free. I’m pretty sure the appointment wasn’t even in the books after it was made over a week ago.

Mike Anderson was completely unprofessional and had the worst customer service. He was eating food while speaking with not only me but the customer before me. He performed service on my car without approval and didn’t even acknowledge my presence when I picked up my car. Thank god for the mike that was sitting In front of him.
