This location overall is usually good however the service advisor Micheal Anderson was not professional at all. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what it was. When I fist dropped my car off I expressed how I wanted the report after stating some suggestions for my car especially since my expectation is due this month. Micheal advise that it’s illegal for them to inspect the car before the actual inspection but that’s not what I requested. So I just asked again for him to include the suggestions list when I pick up my car. After I signed my receipt I asked if he could call when it’s ready and his response was oh so you’re not gonna wait… obviously not if I asked you to call me when it was ready. The actual service wasn’t long at all which is good. When I went to pick up my car he did not add the printout as requested so I went back to ask for it. When I went back he was on the phone so I waited and he looked at me like I was a problem and said what did you need? I asked him to give me the printout then he cut me off and proceeded to continue his call when I could’ve just waited till after. When he finished his call he then began to verbally tell me the suggestions but I cut him off and asked for him to just print it. I’m not sure as to why it was such a big deal of me getting that paper but he was not trying to give it to me. Overall he did not make me feel like a customer I felt like I was intruding his day. When I asked if I would get a survey on this * which they usually would send one after my service* he said probably not so this is why I wrote it here instead.
