Our appointment was at 10:15 am and didn't get our oil changed until 2:00pm. We were also not altered to the car being finished. It was simply parked out in the parking lot. This was the most horrible service ever. My husband had to call into work because what should have been an hour service took 4 hours.

I understand in our current market, parts may be on back order. I don’t feel everything was done to try to locate a part for me other than ordering it and waiting. The company’s name is Priority and I never felt like one. I also understand that you cannot provide a loaner vehicle if the car is not under warranty. I have been a loyal customer for many years and the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks and rent a vehicle on my own and incur more cost was disappointing. I didn’t feel like I received the best customer service. It would have gone a long way with me if someone had reached out periodically and notified me of the status. I had to call myself 2 times to find out anything. If you need to speak to me for further information, I am happy to discuss.
