I asked Adam to keep the rims and he was supposed to make a note of that then when I picked up my car I went to look in the car in the rooms or in the car so I came back and asked him for the rims and he went to look for them and then came back I guess because he forgot and couldn’t find them he said the insurance people came and took the rims if that was the case why didn’t he tell me that when I came in and asked him for the rims I think he just forgot he wasn’t very personable like James Comey I really like James Comey also when I went to pick up the car the low pressure light was on

I feel Mr. Harrison did the best he knew, but I paid out $177.00 and left with the same problem I came in for. I plan to come back in on Monday to see if I can return that key since the problem is not the key itself. I don’t feel good about paying that kind of money for something I don’t need.

$99 for a diagnostic fee is outrageous when customers are already paying for other services. The technician didn’t even bother to replace the oil mileage sticker until next oil change. The car wash 2 stars out of 5… the vehicle was still dirty. That said, Donna was courteous and professional. I would recommend giving her a raise.
