Calling the service department directly was way easier to set my appt than trying on-line. Jim was excellent with communicating the progress and additional work that was found after it went in the shop. Also it was finished early and Mike was excellent with the pickup and check-out.

Brought my Honda in for oil change and tire rotation. Not sure it’s part of the check, although it should be, all the tires were between 10 psi and eight psi low. I don’t think that should’ve come out of your shop that way, regardless if it arrived with the tires low.
