I get the 2 hour wait, however, my car was brought back into the carport once it finished. I walked in shortly after it. The guy who took my keys to pass off for service was no where to be found. Another associate came over to see if they could find him. The paperwork and keys piled up on his desk. A female eventually drove my car out to park because it was holding up the line. Finally the guy came back, the female dropped the keys on his desk. The guy responded, oh your car is ready! As if I hadn’t been standing there for 10 minutes, watching my car be parked.
I am not sure the policy, if he had to notify me my car was ready or if once it was driven to the carport anyone could have notified me. But I did not receive the text that my car was ready. The man could have been on break, which makes his extended absence understandable, but someone else should have been given the paperwork to handle, because when he did come back to his desk, he couldn’t sort through the paperwork.
I usually have great service and everyone is typically friendly. That just wasn’t my experience today.
