Adam was very nice and informative. The wait for just an oil change was a little longer than usual and I was disappointed they didn't wash my car like they normally do. Otherwise, the visit was good.

I wish there was more communication about how much longer my wait would be. I also would suggest more support/back-up for the workers so that they don't have to answer the phone so much while helping a patron who's physically standing there. He had to answer the phone a few times since there was no one else able to. That's not his fault, but I'd already had a long wait and was ready to go.

I’ve been a priority customer for years (Toyota) I was not impressed with the Honda location. No one greeted me when I drove into the garage. It was my first visit here and I wasn’t even sure I was suppose to be in there bc everyone was just standing at their desk. At priority Toyota someone always met you at your car and scanned the info with their tablet ??????? Also was questioned about the window tint on my back window. (I bought the car like that a few months ago as well as the decal on my back window) 4inch letter decal that is transparent. I’ve had that on my last few cars in the same location and was never an issue at priority Toyota. Will use another dealer for future services.
