The representative that I been assigned to she’s really nice BUT the service I got for my car is 4 out of 10. the complimentary car wash is really bad the way a look at it before I let them service my car is way better than after. the sticker for state inspection is not properly placed where the previous was and the last after they done and ready to be picked up one of the warning sign for tire air pressure was out and they didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t bother to go back inside and complained cause I need to go home asap… for all the years that they service my car this is the first I don’t like

Michael is very professional. I had forgot to mention my car required a certain tire to be rotated onto a specific location. When I did inform Michael, he did not hesitate to have the tire moved, again. He and Boo Boo helped me avoid getting in trouble at home ????

Brought my vehicle (crv) in for a “safety”recall notice to only wait for the vehicle for 4 hrs plus to learn when i inquired that the service department didn’t have the parts. Totally unacceptable to waste my day waiting for my vehicle to get an important safety recall component corrected. I should have been notified prior to my reservation date or notified immediately after arriving that the recall part was unavailable. I do feel that service receptionists was caught cold by the inept service tech and parts department manager as the vehicle was placed in the hold status for hours. I did communicate my discern with the service manager who was completely professional with taking my complaint. Being a three time vehicle purchase owner with Priority, this does make me feel as an undervalued customer!

Hello. I am disappointed with the brake fluid change of my 2018 Odyssey. Before I left the dealership, I checked the brake fluid reservoir and noticed that the top half was clear and the bottom half was dark brown. I mentioned this to the service desk but was given an answer that did not meet my expectations. Previous brake fluid flushes resulted in clear fluid throughout the entire reservoir. Even after driving for the afternoon, the reservoir fluid is already brown. I would appreciate a call back from service manager. Thank you in advance.
