When I arrived I was greeted immediately. Jim let me know what items were part of the 30,000 mile checkup. After printing out the work order he explained what would be done, the charges and approximately how long the work would take. He even asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash.
Overall it was a very good experience.

Bethany was great! Even though she was one of 2 service writers and there was a line, she calmly took her time and went over the recommend service and listened when I told her we had to add 4 quarts of oil a few months ago. She made a note and I will be back in I000 miles to have it checked.
