Air and cabin filter are horrible. The notes say it was checked, but I doubt that. If so it was a lousy assessment. The truck has an oil leak. It apparatus that the leak has been there, but we were not informed.

Thank You Hansel Ford for your excellent service. I own a service company so I am familiar with what it takes to be an exceptional service company. I brought my car in to replace tires. I have carbon fiber rims and was concerned about the handling of them during the replacement of the tires. They did an excellent job and Rob even put a note inside the car for the service people to watch the clearance of my car which has a track suspension installed and rides low.
