David Elhardt offered no-pressure suggestions about how to address the issues so that I could make a decision about additional services to ‘okay.’ David Elhardt also did due diligence on follow-up to an issue promised to me when I bought the vehicle, and straightened out a problem that had arisen. The mechanical issue of the front end was not discovered or repaired. I demonstrated and explained the history of the mech. issue to the Tech.
The Tech. was very nice explaining the possibility of the problem.
I hope Hansel Ford will have all suspected parts in stock prior to next scheduled repair appointment.
