Lassa was great for an early morning check in. He gave me all the information I needed on what I intended to do and what I will need to do in the future for my cars maintenance so I can properly plan for it the next visit. He kindly gave me a copy of what is recommended to be done the next time I stop in for service so I don’t get shocked on the price later on. He also gave proper ETA on when my car would be finished and checked in on me when it was almost done. Thanks Lassa!!

Service was great. Very disappointed in Honda for installing a rebuilt transmission and only warranting it for 35k. This is on a 2019 pilot with a failed transmission at 45k. I asked for a transmission cooler to be installed if nothing else and that was also refused. This was all blamed con some one size fits all policy. Policy that is not flexible is always a failure. This is our first brand new car. I now have no faith in it. Will my family be safe traveling to Tahoe or will we be stranded again.
