One of the services that was supposed to be done wasn't done and it was hard to get a hold of the service advisor because I text the number provided and after looking at the paperwork the question I asked or about the injection service is not on the paperwork so the services was not done

Ramez is an excellent guy. It would be a lot easier to call into your phone system and have him in there on the dial by name directory. It’s really ridiculous that he’s not in the system. He is incredibly informative, helpful and kind. He deserves more credit, honestly. You all should definitely fix up that phone system ASAP!

The only comment that I would like to make is, it seemed a bit of a long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Other than that, the customer service was excellent, that’s why I had my previous vehicle serviced there and it is also why I decided to purchase my new vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda.
