Ariel provided awesome customer services, I wasn’t planning to accept anything else but oil change and tires rotation then she explained to me that the others services were needed and were due so I accepted for my safety.

Hello My vehicle was at the shop for 2 days and someone put 142 miles on it to apparently road test the vehicle. I can see if a few miles is necessary but to put that kind of mileage on a vehicle to road test it is questionable.
I wasn’t charged for the diagnostic service if anything was performed but Reeves Honda used a considerable amount of fuel and took a bid chance driving my car for a few hours. If they had been involved in an accident would Reeves Honda replace my car. I have always received wonderful service but this left me a little disappointed. On top of it I had to talk to Enterprise car rental because I was charged an additional day on a rental that the Dealership had. I’m not very happy at this point Richard G

There was a miscommunication when receiving the initial diagnostic and the service price quote, it was not from John and had I received the link with the breakdown and visual representation of the price, I would have had a much better experience. John was able to clear it up the next day and the issue was resolved. Overall I did have excellent help from John and Liseth
