Great technicians, but worst service advisor ever! All the other employees were great. That said, the service advisor who checked me in kept me waiting unnecessarily before and after my service. Furthermore, she never communicated the additional recommended services. I had to ask other employees to assist me.

Ernesto was great. Clearly went over what was going to be done and reminded me of recommendations from a previous visit without being pushy.
He told me the service would take 1hr 20 minutes and I was out the door in an hour. Everyone was courteous and the waiting room was comfortable and spotless.

I have had my Honda Accord serviced for a few things at Norm Reeves Honda. We have been extremely happy with the customer service. We were helped by Ramzy, Ariel and not sure who the Technician was but did a good job on our car. When we are able to purchase a new car we will definitely get it from Norm Reeves Honda.
