John Beck is an outstanding employee. He goes above and beyond and makes sure to deliver a great experience for the customer. I came in for various tech issues and he was able to help me with some and made plans for the rest. He goes 100% by the book of a service advisor according to another service advisor that helped me when picking up my car. Although that made me question other advisors according to the female, assuming they don’t. But John did a phenomenal job.
