Hannah was great. The fact you couldn’t”duplicate” the issue wasn’t great. It poses a serious risk for injury to my clients, who are elderly. I’ve been advised to start a ticket with someone from corporate. The fact that this random
Occurrence couldn’t be duplicated while at the shop doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen. I even have a video of it and I don’t know what the answer is, but your tech couldn’t figure it out, but it still opposes a risk to me and my clients specifically my clients so that’s the problem and we’re just gonna wait till someone gets injured?

I switched from Chula Vista to this dealership due to poor customer service and I was amazed by the staff working at the Norm Reeves location! The ONLY reason everything turned out alright is because Ariel came in and stepped up to be communicative and a complete problem solver!
I dropped my car off Tue evening for service with Hannah. That same evening I requested additional service for fluids changed since it was going to be in the shop all day. I reached out multiple times, through the automated text service, calling, leaving messages, etc. to see that the services could be added on. Wednesday no response, Thursday no response. Even the manager Phillip was supposed to call back (I was told he needed 10 minutes) yet 2 hours later nothing.
It was not until Ariel took over, that things started moving. She was able to get the additional services completed so my car wouldn't be there yet another day. She is literally the only reason I will be back in the future.
