Ramez, thank you for your transparency… I arrived to your dealership extremely irritated and frustrated with Honda but your customer service and honesty gave me peace of mind. I appreciate when I am given updates and when I’m treated like a human. Originally I went to vista because of the convenience to get to my job but now I’ll continue to go because of the customer service I received from Ramez. After 3 years of struggling with a car issue and still not having a real solution from Honda it’s been tough but employees like Ramez keep this company going and while I could be upset I’m not, I’m just thankful that he took me seriously and that the technicians worked hard to find a solution.
