Picked up my vehicle from having some work done, when we got it the window was not working ( it was working 100%when we brought the car into the shop), was told to bring it back next day. When we arrived we were being dealt with by Omar Cabrera. He was very rude and disrespectful, raising his voice to me and my husband in front of everyone. Even though he was insisting we pay almost $250. to fix the window the window that was broken while at your shop, I had to walk away because of how he was treating me. I will never deal with him again.

Nate was great, friendly and professional. My issues with the vehicle were not completely resolved even after leaving the vehicle overnight. Now I have to wait to see if Honda will approve my warranty repair which means I have to return for the third time for the same problem.

I have always had good experiences at Honda service and this was no exception. Nathan explained the extra work required (brake pads) and the cost, and there was very little additional wait. This is my third CRV and all my servicing has been done at the Irvine store.

Mark was very helpfully and explained everything clearly. Even though I wasn’t greeted he made sure he took care of me instead of waiting for someone else to do it despite the work he had at the time. Even though my appointment wasn’t scheduled til 1:30 I had come in early because I hadn’t gotten confirmation about the appointment. I was disappointed that the service department did not have the part to fix my vehicle at the scheduled appointment. The car came in for an appointment to correct a recall and the car had to be at the dealership for another day because no one made sure it would be there for my appointment.
