Omar was very professional on our call and verified form of communication, ie text in this case.
In regards to text I received on payments, perhaps the ability to see invoice details and clear indication that payments made prior to service close hours will us to pick up our vehicle at the front desk during once service hours close.

The appointment process was awkward, made one on line and called the day before to confirm and it still did not go through. I was kept waiting over 20 minutes before a service advisor came out. My A/C diagnostic was NOT communicated to me even though I called three times. I came in to pick up my car and was told the A:C confessor would be covered but the part was not in stock and had no ETA. Great news on a 90 degree day. I purchased the car at this dealer but only got one key. I was shocked to find a duplicate would cost over $200.00. In general I was very disappointed with the level of execution even though all the people were very courteous.

Recently started coming to Norm Reeves after a couple years at another dealer that was more convenient. I have to say the attitude and level of service provided at Norm Reeves Irvine is another league compared to my previous service department. Everyone is so friendly, responsive, and helpful. This is our 5th Honda (6th Honda family car; 1 Acura) and so far, NR Irvine is ranking #1 in my book. Full disclosure, I haven't had any major service or repairs here, so we will need to wait and see....
