Athens was courteous and knowledgeable. Technicians may be short staffed because it took 3.5 hours for engine light diagnosis.

Omar is the worst service advisor I've ever worked with ever. He has no customer service skills. I had to call Honda Corporate on him because he hung up on me during our conversation.

Dominick was delightful. He was attentive to the questions I had about the services I would need. He explained everything the service team would do, and in a certain time frame. Since I was waiting in the lobby, he assured me that he would relay that to his team so they could get me in and out. My car was completed with the 1:30 time frame. He went over all the services completed and informed me of when I would need additional services I would need to worry about in the future I left satisfied and will only be bring my car to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine.
