I am pretty sure my car was ready about 30 minutes before we even received it. Then Mitch never did come and get us we had to go to the front desk and ask someone else for it. They helped us instead of Mitch who told us the car should take 90 minutes to 2 hours to be done but we didn’t get it for over 2 1/2 hours.
