The guys on the service drive are the best! They always tell me straight, and don't try to upsell me services not really needed. Having been a high end Service Advisor, I know the difference, and the guys at Norm Reeves Irvine do it right.

Ameed has done a wonderful job taking care of both my CRV and Odyssey cars that I brought back to back. He was able to get both cars done very quickly. Since my CRV repair was expensive I had to shop around before approving the repair, and found a cheaper option at another local dealer, when I talked to Ameed he called the other dealer to verify their repair cost, and then talked to his manager and was able to price match. Very pleasant with the service and wish to have Ameed as my service advisor again in the future.
