I requested a tire rotation. Service was not performed. Brandon gave reasons that did not make sense. He claimed a tire rotation was not needed because my tires were “fine”. However Honda recommends rotating tires every 5-7 miles. Then he tried to sell me new tires for my next visit, thereby contradicting his earlier claim that my tires were in good shape.
