This is the first time I have ever been unhappy with my service, now k see why everyone tells me not to get service at the dealership. I made an appointment the day before and nobody mentioned it would be 4+hours for a diagnostic and oil change so I didn’t get the oil changed. After leaving I learned any auto parts store could have a Diagnostic for free on the problem I was having , not only does Honda charge but it doesn’t go towards final bill if repaired there.

Not satisfied with Mathew's service. He told me that vehicle will be done by 1230 and will call me in case of any updates. I start calling around 2 pm, not able to reach anyone in service. Mathew failed to call and update any delays. Fi ally, I was able to speak to Alex H who said Mathew is with a quest or break. Interaction with with Alex was wonderful, he went above and beyond. But Mathew, very disappointing. Once I arrived, Mathew did not acknowledge I was standing in front of him, thanks to Alex for helping.
Mathew could have called and updated but he failed to do so. Mathew biggest mistake and failure that he promised the 1230 pm time frame. I will refuse to work with Mathew in the future, and if he is the only option, for sure I will be taking the business somewhere else.

Upon completion of work, I asked service advisor Delano whether there were any notes, recommendations or photos from the technician. He looked over the paperwork and told me no and did not explain all that the technician had performed. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed an email from norm reeves with the technician’s comments, pictures and recommendations. Then I looked closely at the paperwork behind the receipt and noticed the same information and pictures. I am disappointed Delano did not receive the great service I am accustomed to even after prompting the advisor directly to give me further information that typically comes from the technician.
