This was my first introduction working with Delano. He was very respectful, polite, and fully explained matters to me. I was unaware of both the cost and work accomplished with a B1 service. I assumed I simply needed an oil change, but Delano explained in detail the display on my vehicle’s dash displaying B1 meant there was a number of other items that needed to be serviced and checked as well. I was initially inclined to opt out of the B1 service, but after Delano explained it to me I felt comfortable that I needed to get it accomplished as well as comfortable with the additional cost since Delano explained all the other items that were to be serviced / checked. Also, I was in a bit of a time crunch and unsure if I had the time to wait for my vehicle as I assumed it would take much longer than an oil change. Delano provided me with a time frame, and my vehicle was even ready early! Great guy and I would recommend him to a family member. He made my vehicle service less of a chore.
