The price he promised us he didn’t make his Promise. He told me a price after they fix it and then they charge me different price. That’s not a good service. And also I always I didn’t go to the Honda service I like Honda service.

2k to replace $75 part is ridiculous. I highly doubt you paid the technician $225.00 an hour to install it. Kinda feel a little ripped. I have always had my Honda serviced at dealerships but have never felt so over charged. After looking at the paper work that I was given, I noticed there were a no explanation of why the evaporator needed replaced, but there was a full break down of the warranty work for the condenser. In the future I will be taking my service needs and future Honda purchases to another dealership.
