Mentioned I needed to talk to a tech on a question about my alarm in my car, after the initial work was done in 2 hours and a $500 plus bill there was no tech or one willing to answer my question. I would have to come back which was disappointing since I had to take off work initially and do not have time to come back, to answer a basic question, very disappointing.
