Nate was awesome - he was so accommodating when I added on additional “issues” that I wanted to be investigated once I arrived to drop off my car. He also showed me how to set my car alarm to turn off the walk away feature bc I was complaining about it not working when I tried to disable it. Nate is super polite and so easy to work with. He’s the epitome of a Helpful Honda person for sure!
