I’ve had this problem from day one of April 2020! Screen dash goes out, Can’t use phone, no radio! Etc. service manager said had a new fix for the problem! Your guys had my SUV for Over 7 hours & you tell me, no codes came up so, you didn’t fix anything! 4 weeks ago on the Frwy, started making a cracking sound, then had no radio or anything for 2 1/2 hours driving to Arizona! Stopped & turned off the SUV. When I came back to the SUV it started! I attribute it to prayer! It is on and off all the time!
