There was an extreme lack of follow up and follow through with my service rep Nathan Bagnol. I brought in my van late Wednesday to be kept to be overnight and diagnosed in the morning. He said he will call me no later than 11am with a report. It was 12 noon and never received a call from Nate for a follow up. I called, he’s at lunch. I call again at 1:30 since again I never received a call back and he’s back but he said he doesn’t know the status. Mechanic is now at lunch. I keep getting promises of a call back I and never do. It was getting late in the day and I needed to figure out my car situation for the next couple of days for work. I needed to know if I needed to Borrow a car or if Honda can loan me a car or if I can pick up the car. I’ve waited a whole day at this point and have been given zero direction or idea. He said M’am we can’t just wave a magic wand and give you an answer. We are busy today. That was incredibly rude response. I dropped my car off over so it can be seen first thing! I Should have been priority and I should have been treated with more respect than that snide comment. I was extremely patient to wait past 12 to check in since he never called as promised and I had to all my follow up for update calls since he never did them. These services guys should have more compassion for their customers and understand how not having a car and not knowing if you will have a car is stressful especially if you need to drive to work.

I took my van to another Honda dealer and a tire store for alignment. It was never done right until I came to norm reeves. I don't know how Delion managed it but I thank him for his 100 percent professionalism. My van never ran this good before. Excellent service couldn't be more happy. I'll be back!
