Entirely over-aggressive diagnosis of “engine harness cracking” with minimal evidence to support. Tech staff seemed immediately annoyed when declined to pay over $1k for what is currently a non-issue, then showed more negative attitude when requesting a pickup after 6pm. Will not recommend dealership to anyone and will be recounting this negative experience on Yelp and google. Attempting to exaggerate benign issues on customers without basic knowledge is deplorable. Shame on you and your staff.
