Delano is a great asset to your service team. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even went so far as to put my new tags on my license plate. I usually go to the Norm Reeved dealership in Vista but I was up in this area visiting my daughter. The tire light came on so I stopped by to get the pressure checked. I knew I was due for service so I inquired about that. When Delano told me my car could be ready in no more than 2 hours I decided to stay and wait. It was done on time, even a little early. I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience. Delano is a keeper and he should be praised for what a great representative he is. In these times when customer service seems to be on a serious decline it was nice to deal with someone who exemplifies what true customer service should look like. Kudos. Delano deserves a raise or a nice year-end bonus.

There was such a lack of communication, I was very disappointed. When I have to call the service center to find out what is going on with my car, and then I have to wait six hours to find out the part still isn’t in, is irritating. Also Mitch never finished the claim with my extended warranty, so when I went to pick up my car. I was told to pay $800.00 plus dollars, I stead of the $200.00 deductible. The guy that helped me when i came to pick up my car, had to call the warranty company to find out what was going on because Mitch was off that day, and had no notes on the warranty. The guy that ended up helping me was great. Mitch just seemed overwhelmed, too busy, and not interested in giving great customer service. Brandon Son helped me the previous time I brought my car in, and he called me every day to let me know the status of my vehicle. He was so good at his job that I had high expectations. Brandon was the best service person that has ever helped me.
