When I called to make the appointment, Jose said oil and filter change for $49.99 (Norm Reeves offers it) When my daughter bought the car in, she was told only A1/B1.She was also not verbally informed there is a recall on running light. The recall could have been done at the same time. Very disappointed.

I came in Saturday and the part to repair my car wasnt there. I was okay with that, but I was told the part would be there Tuesday and to bring the car in Tuesday. I asked to change it to Wednesday. When I brought it in Wednesday at 7 am and I hadn't received any updates so I called at 1PM to find the status. I was told that the part wasnt in yet. I was told that they hoped to have it done by 5. I called again at 430 to see the status of my vehicle and they said it would be done by 6. I wasnt happy with the complete lack of communication on your end. I felt overlooked and that my car was forgotten. I will not come back or recommend this facility.
