Jose Cabrera was extremely helpful!!! He went above and beyond with his service. He was professional and friendly. He made my experience at Freeway Honda a great one! Even though I didn’t have an appointment when I came and it was a pretty busy day at the service center he got me in and helped me get my car problem diagnosed by the technician. He also got a a courtesy vehicle for the duration my car was being fixed which i am very grateful for. I can’t thank him enough and I’m so happy with my car.

Not completely. After picking up our van, the reset switch was not done for our vehicle and we had to return to have it reset. Our left sliding door was broken. After leaving the van overnight to order a replacement roller, we get a call saying the lock actuator is needed which means more labor charges. The part is only a $40 part. Lastly recommended services was not listed.

I called the following day first thing in the morning as I left my eyeglasses in the loaner vehicle. I spoke to Jake whom said he had to talk to the manager that has access to loaner calls. I called again around 1130 as had not gotten a call, Jake said manager was out to lunch and would have him call me yet I didn't receive any call. I called back the following day and Jake was surprised I did not get a call, he claims nothing was found. Unfortunately due to lack of follow up I don't believe these eyeglasses were looked for and now I have an expense to replace them.
