Everything was great except when I first arrived, I was told to stand by vehicle and wait for a service advisor to come see me. I waited close to five minutes, and all these other employees were just standing around outside shooting the breeze (obviously not advisors who could help me). Not a good first impression for me.

There was just a little hick up when I was ggetting ready to leave. I was checking my sun visors that I had replaced and one was still broken. I went back in to talk to Mathew and himself was unaware. He spoke to Parts and it's on backorder and will be in on 6/14. They should have advised him so he could have relayed the message to me. It left me doudting if my other repairs were done or not.
