I am very disappointed with the service I had on Saturday 7/18/2026. I went for an oil change service and the employee did nothing to my car. When I checked my car today I noticed there was no oil and the coolant reservoir was completely empty. Checking all fluid levels is part of service. Martin Pena was not doing his job and he should be trained better. I will be arriving on Monday to talked to your service manager. I will also have my car towed there since I dont feel safe driving it. This was the most horrible customer service I have experienced. You need to credit back the full amount I paid for the service, cause it was not done. Susan G
