I brought in my car for a diagnostic check, and was helped by Erick. Erick mentioned that they would possibly be charging me $150 for special diagnosis they would need to run to identify the problem, however he failed to mention they they would be doing an oil change and air filter change. This lack of communication then raised my price to 280.63 since, they never checked with me to see I would be okay with the repairs done to my car and I never authorized them to do these repairs. The issue isn't about the money but about the lack of communication and override of authority.

I absolutely love working with Kenya and I request her whenever I bring my car for a service or repairs. She has a great personality, knowledge of overall scope of work and excellent communication skills.
I especially appreciate her attentiveness to my needs. Today, I told Kenya about needing my car to pick up kids and possibly needing a shuttle ride. The service was completed before the estimated time and she checked with me if I still needed a ride once my car was ready to be picked up. That to me is an incredibly valuable quality and it makes me feel well cared for. She is a gem! Thank you, Kenya!

Matthew was outstanding and was so empathetic with my car problem, he did a fantastic job in helping me. I have my purchased 4 Honda pilots. This last pilot has not been like the others, as the engine turns off randomly at right lights. I have encountered a PTSD. This most recent experience Honda paid for 100% if the expenses for which I am grateful however because this has happened on 3 other occasions I get extremely anxious that it will happen again. My next car will be a Honda but it won’t be the pilot due to this particular issue. It’s extremely dangerous, this last time it occurred I had 2 police cars redirecting traffic so that would not get hit in my car.
