Oscar is fantastic! Kept me apprised of things, made sure best pricing package was applied, arranged Uber for pickup to get car, saw another airbag recall to address that I hadn't been informed yet so that saved time and inconvenience to get that done same time. Literally the best service experience I've ever had at a Honda dealer since buying my car new in 2002! This dealer was also my 1st time there for maintenance; clearly won't be the ladt! Very patient, very polite, very helpful! EXCELLENT 10 out of 10!
