The process and staff were grate. My visit to this service department was almost perfect except for only one small thing. My vehicle was getting the passenger air bag recall done and upon getting the vehicle back I notice finger prints on my front windshield and on the dashboard (finger prints with grease or maybe just natural finger wax). Would has been a better experience if tech would have wiped down any spots that were not there upon arrival of vehicle, knowing these cars don’t get a complementary car wash. I get it, these Takata Air Bag recall only pay .70 TU but the small details can being back customer with “gravy” work
