the mechanic needs to do uthere job and not just talk.. people sometimes are in a rush and they dont have all the time to wait thay told me to wait 1hr 30 min and at the end was 3 hrs ...its just a simple oil change not a full tune up

Overall, Jeff was very helpful. My only piece of feedback would be that the tire pressure was lowered too much so the low tire pressure notification turned on about an hour after I picked up the car. Also, there is a nagging issue with the front driver sidedoor sensor as it notifies me that the door is open when it is actually closed. The lock system will attempt to lock as I am driving but it does not because the sensor thinks the door is open. I explained this to Jeff and he had the team look at it, but they could not replicate the issue so it was not fixed (we ran out of time too). Hoping this can be fixed in my next visit.
