I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time today. The staff members are very nice and friendly, they offered me a bottle of free water and I got my headphone back from the cashier lady who has kindly kept it as I left it accidentally on my last service there. I’m also very thankful for Mr. Fraires, he is well skilled and helpful. I’m willing to come back again and will be your lifelong customer. Thank you

The free oil change promised at the conclusion of my leasing process couldn’t be located in the system so wasn’t honored. After waiting a little over an hour for my oil change I asked for an update on where my vehicle was. The employee seemed bothered and rolled his eyes at my request muttering it’s only been an hour. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an update. The service itself was fine.

I was very unsatisfied with response about not being able to help with my defective battery which is jus couple months over 2,years old and it was installed at your location. The reason being that I did not pay for IT and do not get any help and the way it is even if it goes bad in 1 Year the answer is the same.
Just because I did not pay for it is not a reasonable answer so Honda payed for
It. But that does not mean I have to accept an inferior product and say nothing.
It is still A Honda Part and should have protection or responsive of who paid for
It.
