I was impressed with how kind and patient Oscar was. He scheduled my appointment, allowed me to take advantage of sale prices that had expired the previous day (because I called during the sale). Even though I was a little short and irritated for personal reasons, he was pleasant and entirely professional. He told me how long service on my car would take so I would know what to expect, and he expressed care concerning future service I may need. He made the experience a good one. One thing would have made my visit perfect: donuts. I missed the donuts, but I'll get over it.????
