Last year I took my car to fix oil leaks from engine to free way Honda. All services are 12 month warranty. Fluids leaking again from the car before the warranty period end. Now they say this is different parts and fixes which costs me more $2000.

Freeway Honda is closer to our home, but the other is more convenient to work, The service was great and we will now bring our vehicle to Freeway Honda in the future. Being my first time servicing my car, I am glad ai met Oscar. He was straight to the point to explain the services and addressed my questions clearly in an understandable manner. I complimented him on his customer service skills, which I don’t normally do, but I was impressed by how he remained calm under pressure and interacted with guests professionally. In waiting, I saw other advisors come out to the waiting room and discuss service costs openly and publicly with the guests, which seemed unprofessional and uncomfortable.
