Service was ridiculously slow and was not updated throughout service. Was not updated at the time which my SA said he would update me either. Could not reach him when I texted or called. Never called me back either. I came back in only to find out that there were issues with the car. That was almost 4 hours after dropping off the vehicle.

On the day of service, everything went fine. However, today, January 27, my car did not start again. Didn’t think it was the battery because it was just replaced, right? Called AAA, tow truck came out only to find that the battery connector was not securely fastened by your technician when he replaced it last week. Isn’t that basic mechanics 101...ensure all connectors are securely fastened? My apologies as I am allowing my irritation to show.

You lack complimented washing service that other service dealers provide. Which might be extra perk but make a huge difference when customer picks up vehicle and see it’s running great it also looks great build confidence on the road.

Generally, the service there is fantastic. But the past few times I’ve been there, I’ve had my battery connected wrong, my fluids were not filled the last two times I was there, and my hubcap clips were broken during a tire rotation which led to two hubcaps flying off, losing one. They are incredibly expensive to replace. So, while I’ve been extremely pleased in the past, within the past year, attention to detail has been less than desirable.
