Oscar Moguel gave me great customer service! I have been to different Honda maintenance locations and he made my experience a good one. I do want to mention that it was a surprise to find out Honda does not have a mainframe that links all the Honda’s records into one so that if one location recommended something for the future and I go to a different Honda then they could easily see that information. I also always get a complimentary car wash and I did not this time so that was also a bit disappointing

My car was ready and no one let me know, they knew I’d be waiting for my car and it wasn’t until I asked that they said it had been about an hour since my car was ready. I was sitting there for over an hour and no one let me know :(

Service was good. Just hope they didn’t say I needed a battery even though they said I did. In the past, no matter what you took your car in for, they would find something they said you needed (brakes, tires, etc.). I purchased the battery since mine was 3-1/2 years old.
