I was honestly disappoint with today’s visit that is making me rethink about bringing my cars here. It started off with my tire rotation, I know what a tire rotation is and how it is done. I politely asked them why it was only switched fro the front to back and not crossed over like normally. I simply wanted to know the reasoning, but what made me disappointed was that the associate helping me had no idea and my paper work that mention things that were bad did not mention anything about uneven tire wear or bad alignment. The guy that was in charge of processing my car seemed to be pulling out excuses out of his head and his story did not match. So that was upsetting but what tops it off is that my glove box was not proper placed back together. I went in to place the papers from the service in there and the hangers that hold the glove box were not properly placed. Honestly hate to complain, but I do not free trusting to come back. I attempted to use your yelp check in offer and the cashier said it didn’t apply because it was for a different service (standard oil change) after questioning it further, she asked me to go back to the service guy (Jeff) and clear it up with him. Jeff told me that since I didn’t mention it before he couldn’t honor it since the paper work was already done and couldn’t redo any paperwork. I felt like I was getting the run around and no one was willing to help me. Also I don’t like the upsell text to align my tires after Less than a year of having it.
