Jeffrey was very nice, & I felt like he was listening to my problem & understood my concerns, even though they ultimately couldn't verify the weird noise my car was making. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me WHY they couldn't go poking around in my car without verifying the problem; I feel like I have a really solid grasp on the situation, & I've come away with no doubts or uncertainties! Overall, this was a really positive experience, & I would definitely come back to have my car serviced again. (& everyone else I encountered was also super nice & very helpful in pointing me to where I needed to go, because I was definitely lost, haha)
