I was not informed that my car needed fluids changed despite the fact that I left my vehicle at the dealership. I did not request to go through express service given my car is a 2003. I wanted to ensure my car was checked thoroughly. Eric did not communicate with me whatsoever. He sent me a text saying my car was ready for pick up. The lack of information cost me unnecessary time and inconveniences given the fact that I had to wait almost an hour to have the oil changed. Oscar and Jose Cabrera came to my rescue.
