Jeff needs to have more patience dealing with the customer. He said the total waiting time would be about 4 hours, I told him we were told at the appointment time that it would be around two hours. I went up to ask for the status after almost two hours (for the first time),he said that I had asked too many times and it won't make the work done faster. This is very rude.
However, while I was waiting I realized that I left my cellphone in the car and had gone up to ask for help. Fortunately Jamie (tall guy) was very helpful and very courteous in retrieving the phone for me. I'm very appreciative of him.
Overall my today's experience is unsatisfactory.
Service dept should make sure staff to be more pleasant, diplomatic and not sarcastic to the customers if you want them to return for more business.
